Insurance Information

We accept most of the insurance plans including Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Blue cross Blue Shield, Aetna TRS, Humana, County Health Insurances, CHI St. Luke's Health (Core Source) and more.

We do not accept HMOs, Medicaid and Texan Plus. Patients without insurance are accepted on individual basis only if they are able to complete recommendations as advised.

We will bill your visit directly to your insurance provider if you supply an updated proof of insurance at each visit. Please check with us to see if our practice is included in your health insurance network.

MEDICARE:
We accept Medicare patients. As a courtesy, we will also bill your secondary insurance provider directly.
